Chicken, Red Pepper, and Tomato Pizza

This is such an easy recipe. We love pizza but when we started eating healthy pizza went out the window until my cousin Kara made this for my mom and I when we visited her in CA. You can basically dress up your pizza with veggies and 2% mozzarella cheese and you are cut out about 1/2 the fat and calories as a regular pizza.

INGREDIENTS
1 and 1/2 chicken breast cooked (I bake it or I buy a rotisserie chicken at walmart)
1 large tomato or 2 small diced
1/2 of a red bell pepper diced
1 cup of 2% mozzarella cheese
1 thin whole wheat pizza crust (we buy a brand called Mia found at our local walmart, it comes in a pack of two and come with its own sauce)
1/2 cup of pizza sauce (if you do not buy the Mia brand)
1 tsp of oregano

PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 425. Top whole wheat pizza crust with sauce, cheese, chicken, tomatoes, red bell pepper, and sprinkle with oregano. Cook for 6 minutes! It is really that easy!!!

Other healthy ideas my family likes
ham and pineapple
lean hamburger
cheese (kids fav)
turkey pepperoni
